I've attached a couple ideas I came up with through AI. I am not stuck on the colors or fonts. But hopefully this helps with ideas. The word "Untangle" is the primary word in the name.

For this project, we are looking for a concept theme LOGO for our event titled: "Western Canada Healthcare Virtual Career Fair". The attached files are the theme logos we have used in the past and looking to add a new one for "Healthcare". The logo should stick to or follow the same design concept but should reflect the healthcare sector i.e. nurses, doctors etc. DO NOT USE A SAW BLADE AS THAT WAS FOR CONSTRUCTION! 

The ideal colours we want used OR recommended in this theme logo are as follows: "Primary Teal #00A6A6", "Primary Blue #1E5EFF" and "Accent Mint #7CE700". Note: Other colours MAY be considered if the fits the theme of "Healthcare" such as a lighter teal or lighter blue.

Important: The logo MUST also be more horizontal (See Construction & Trades logos)

For the landscaping side, we want it to list our services which include the following: Mowing, Mulch Installation, Bush Trimming & Removal, Plant Selection & Installation, Grading, Weeding, Soft-Scape, Excavation, Spring & Fall Cleanups, Snow Removal & Salting.

I am happy to let the designers go free at it as I’m looking for something fresh and I’m not very good at visualising myself. Bold , slick , professional . Don’t mind if it contains an excavator arm or something to do with plumbing but also not essential. Just want something that’s aesthetically pleasing . Some with colours I’m trying to an avoid blue and black as a lot of local companies use these colours and blend together. Dont mind  red on black but open to anything.

IT MUST BE NOTICED AS A REALTOR/REAL-REAL-ESTATE AGENT LOGO - The fishing fly has to be subtle not the focus.

1. A look that works on a high-end business card but also looks great on a trucker hat or a Columbia PFG shirt.
2. The "Waterline" Monogram: Your initials sitting atop a subtle, stylized ripple or "fly line" curve that mimics the silhouette of a roofline, mountain range, rivers or a lake.
3. The "Topographic" Badge: A circular vintage-style badge with topographic map lines in the background, featuring a clean, bold font for your name. This screams "local expert who knows the terrain."
4. Visual Palette (Outdoor Colors)
5. Visual Hierarchy: My name (Rick Baerg) should be the primary focus, with this descriptive wording in a smaller, clean, and highly readable secondary font.

Move away from bright "realtor red." Think high-end outdoor brands like Simms, Patagonia or Filson.
Deep Forest Green: Represents the BC wilderness and growth.
Slate Blue / River Rock: Represents the water and stability.
I am open to other color concepts

Logo should some how incorporate the ruggedness of a fly-fishing guide with the strategic precision of a real estate investor. Cant be too busy, and the supplied image (fly pattern) must be added in every option. Has to be subtle not about the fly, about real-state.
