This is a service that is provided by our clinic "Vente Pain Relief Clinic". It is a pain management class targeted for participants that require "extra" work between Massage/Physiotherapy treatments to help manage their pain. The class encompasses a combination of exercises (Range of Motion, light stretching, breathing exercises) and pressure points that participants will perform on themselves. It is performed in a sequence and guided by an instructor. Classes range from 5-30 participants.
