Instructions：

I would like the design to be classy yet clean. I would love to have some kind of design that incorporates optometry, i.e. glasses, eye, E chart, etc. but not necessarily a must. The overall impression I would like the card to give off is that it's a "cute design," and is somewhat set apart from other typical optometry offices.
