This client provides accounting and IT services so they are looking for a logo that is simple clean and conservative/corporate. I have included some samples and color theme suggestions on the attached mockup sheet. Based on the samples they provided, I don't think they want anything that looks 3-D or web 2.0, although the Microsoft sample pretty good to me personally.
