BRIEF
DESIGNS (393)
- Logo Name:
- Logo Name: WIMARA Tagline: Becoming, Beautifully.
- Company Intro:
- (Please check attachment for pictures that I like) Business Description: Wimara is a premium girls’ and women’s wellness brand created to make growing up, body changes, and period care feel more confident, calm, and supported. Our first product is Wimara First, a thoughtfully curated first-period preparation kit for girls. Over time, Wimara will expand into period underwear, comfort products, personal care, wellness products, and other products designed to support girls and women through different stages of life. The name Wimara is personally inspired by the names of my daughters, Imane and Imarah. Our brand tagline is: Becoming, Beautifully. The brand should feel sophisticated enough to grow with the customer and should not look like a children’s brand or a traditional feminine-hygiene brand. Logo Direction: I am looking for a clean, timeless, soft, luxurious, premium logo. The main wordmark should read: WIMARA with the tagline: Becoming, Beautifully. I would also like a distinct standalone “W” symbol/monogram that can represent Wimara without the full wordmark. The W is very important and should be one of the strongest parts of the identity. The standalone W should work beautifully on: • product pouches • period underwear • clothing labels • packaging • cards • social-media profile images • website favicon • embossing/foil stamping • future beauty and wellness products I am open to incorporating very subtle natural or botanical inspiration into the W, such as a simple leaf, growth form, or elegant organic curve. However, it should remain abstract, simple, refined, and distinctive. Think symbol of growth and becoming, rather than a literal flower.
- Instructions:
- Visual Personality: The logo should feel: Soft Elegant Confident Warm Premium Timeless Nurturing Modern Feminine without being overly feminine Sophisticated without feeling corporate The customer should see Wimara and think: premium wellness / lifestyle brand rather than: period product / medical product / beauty salon / children's brand Color Direction: Please explore soft, luxurious neutral tones such as: • warm ivory / cream • dusty rose • muted blush • soft mauve • warm taupe • muted sage • subtle bronze / rose-gold accents The logo must also work beautifully in one solid color, black, and white. Please avoid bright pink, purple, neon colors, harsh red, or overly youthful palettes. Typography: I prefer elegant, refined typography. Possibilities include: • sophisticated serif • modern editorial serif • elegant serif paired with minimal sans serif • subtle custom letterforms The word WIMARA should feel premium and timeless. The tagline should remain secondary and should not overpower the brand name. Standalone W Requirement — Important: Please provide a unique W monogram/icon. I would like designers to explore ways of making the W distinctive through: • subtle leaf-inspired forms • elegant curved lines • negative space • growth-inspired shapes • abstract botanical geometry But the W must still be clearly recognizable as a W. It should be simple enough to work at very small sizes. Please Avoid: • generic floral logos • obvious flowers • butterflies • hearts as the primary symbol • crowns • silhouettes of women • menstrual drops • pad/tampon imagery • overly literal trees • children's illustrations • spa/salon aesthetics • overly ornate script fonts • complicated botanical drawings • stock-logo appearance • overly thin details that disappear at small sizes Required Logo Variations: Please show: 1. Primary logo: WIMARA + tagline 2. WIMARA wordmark without tagline 3. Standalone W icon/monogram 4. Horizontal version 5. Stacked version 6. One-color version 7. Dark-background version Please also show at least one mockup of the standalone W on a small pouch or premium product box so I can see whether the icon works independently. Overall Inspiration: Think: quiet luxury + modern wellness + editorial beauty + warmth + growth The identity should be simple enough to feel timeless but distinctive enough that, eventually, someone could see the W alone and recognize Wimara. I’d also add this short line at the very top of the brief because designers often skim: MOST IMPORTANT: I need a beautiful W-based standalone brand symbol, not just a wordmark. The W should feel distinctive, simple, soft, premium, and scalable.
