Colors - dark blue or black and khaki. Lettering something similar to engineer block letters on a drawing and possibly a geometric logo shape. Main look of Frazier Gear or Frazier Gear Consulting.

Too many of the "gears" on the logos submitted look like cogs or sprockets . A gear tooth has what is called an "involute profile" shape to it. Forest City gear used this well on their logo vs the square cog looking logos I am seeing coming through.
