Instructions：

I want to have all the Territories of American Samoa and Guam to include Hawai’i and Alaska in the design. The bulldog design that I have attached is how I want the design to be. Incorporating the Samoan designs like you see in the bulldog design to include the 9th patch. The flow of the design has to meet the standard of the Picture I posted. The mascot is Cerberus the guardian of the gates of heaven. Again please incorporate the Samoa tattoo and Hawai’i tattoo design. If possible to add the American Samoa, Guam, Hawai’i and Alaska flags in the design.
