Company Intro：

Residential real estate largely helping affluent families with children buy and sell larger, higher end luxury homes. My company is under the Compass (realty) brand, so that will to be incorporated too.

Instructions：

I'd like it to be relatively simple, but not just words. I'd like some kind of graphic element. I think I'd like to have a golden retriever (dog) incorporated into the logo because it's family friendly. I like black, white and royal blue. I've attached the Compass logo since that will have to be incorporated into the design too.
