we are selling single family, duplex and triplex building lots in Pemberton, BC - the area has lots of agriculture/horses/farm land and the famous MOUNT CURRIE mountains in the background so it can have a western twist. I like the idea of a house sketch as part of the logo like he Parisian ones you see for coffee shops etc. I like the idea of black and white for the logo and will need PNG and JPG files.
