This needs to be very simple. the idea i had was a split screen with his Southlake Carroll photo on one side, transitioning with arrows to a similar Grapevine Faith photo to symbolize the transfer. simple, clean, direct, not cheesy or fluffy. words like "new chapter" or "work continues".
