My business is a Human Resource Consultancy called ELEVAR Consultancy specialising in strategic people solutions for organisations of all sizes. Target audience includes corporate decision makers, HR leaders and forward thinking business owners. The logo will mainly be used on our website, digital media, and professional presentations. The logo should reflect a sense of elevation modern professionalism and trust while remaining clean and distinctive.

Instructions：

I would like a clean, modern and professional logo that reflects the meaning behind the name ELEVAR (which suggests elevation, growth and lifting others up). The design should feel contemporary, confident and international, something that would appeal to executive level clients. Please avoid generic HR icons like briefcases, handshakes, lightbulbs or people profiles. Instead abstract symbols that suggest upward movement, transformation or strategic guidance, I particularly like triangles which symbolise change. Preferred colour palettes include subtle accents of gold or teal, grey, black and white/beige. Open to other suggestions as well.
