A-Hub Nutrition
I'm a nutrition coach that primarily works with women. This is info on my ideal client: Ideal Client Avatar: Alex Age: 28-45 Gender: female Occupation: Entrepreneur, business owner, corporate leader, or high-performing professional (lawyer, consultant, creative director, real estate agent, etc.) Income Level: Mid-to-high income (has the financial ability to invest in coaching but wants to see real value) Location: Urban or suburban area, likely near a gym or access to fitness facilities + grocery stores Personality & Mindset Ambitious but Human – Has a strong inner drive to succeed in life and fitness but is not immune to setbacks. Self-Disciplined (but can slip) – Usually structured with routines, but when life gets hectic, their nutrition and workouts can take a hit. Values Growth & Challenge – Prefers pushing limits rather than staying comfortable. Appreciates a no-nonsense but supportive approach. Independent but Coachable – Doesn’t need hand-holding but benefits from external structure and a second opinion. Health & Fitness Behaviors Enjoys exercise – Prefers strength training, CrossFit, running, or other structured workouts. Maybe dabbles in yoga or Pilates for balance. Nutrition is a work in progress – Understands the basics but struggles with consistency. May fall into "all-or-nothing" thinking. Wants sustainability – Has likely tried restrictive diets before and realized they don’t work long-term. Wants a realistic, maintainable approach. Busy but prioritizes health – Their schedule is packed, but they make time for workouts and meal prepping when they’re in a good routine. Pain Points & Challenges Struggles with balance – Can be too rigid at times or, conversely, too lenient (e.g., “a little grace” turns into months off-track). Goes off track without accountability – If left unchecked, they can rationalize unhealthy habits ("I deserve this" turns into daily indulgences). Mental roadblocks – May struggle with perfectionism, self-sabotage, or emotional eating when life gets stressful. Doesn’t want fluff – Respects emotional work but doesn’t want a coach who just "validates feelings" without action steps. What They Want From a Coach (YOU!) Straightforward guidance – They appreciate honesty and tough love but also need encouragement when self-doubt creeps in. Accountability without micromanagement – They don’t want someone checking in on every bite of food but need structured check-ins and goal-setting. Tools for sustainable success – They want to master their nutrition mindset, not just follow a plan. A coach who “gets it” – They want to feel understood, not judged. Someone who holds them accountable without making them feel like a failure. Where You’ll Find Alex On Instagram & LinkedIn – They follow fitness professionals, business coaches, and mindset experts. Listening to Podcasts – Loves self-development, nutrition, and productivity podcasts. In a Gym or Fitness Community – Not necessarily a hardcore bodybuilder but enjoys group classes, strength training, or endurance sports. Reading Books About Growth – Think “Atomic Habits” by James Clear or “Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins.- $129
