The Westhampton Citizens Association is a non-profit civic organization based in the Westhampton section of Richmond, Virginia. We educate, inform, and encourage civic involvement to preserve and enhance our community. We work together to resolve issues confronting the greater neighborhood and strive to promote the welfare, safety, and civic spirit of Westhampton. The WCA has been around since 1909. — Target audience are residents in the Westhampton area of Richmond. Instructions：

Our group likes the colors red and navy or a blue that works well with red. If you google Libbie/Grove Richmond, VA you will see we have a very cute village like shopping area. This is the heart of the area we serve. I have attached a picture as well. A logo with the buildings outline would be nice. We would like the year it was founded incorporated - 1909. I have also added some logo designs from other organizations that we like.
