I have already designed it (See in Attachments), and now like it professionally delivered. Like to have lighting for reflective IN AREAS ESPECIALLY ON THE CENTER PART OF DESIGN THAT APPEARS KIND OF LIKE A JEWEL and 3D like it pops off the page, MAKE THE HOME MORE 3D as well.
Please correct spelling of words in logo as follows:

PAY ATTENTION to the attached Logo that AI created, YET IT NEEDS TO BE MODERNIZED AND 3D and Must POP OUT FROM THE PAGE.
Colors as in the logo, Green, Golds/faded gold and Creams.... and another color "Shade Of" existing 3 color sets.
BACKGROUND COLOR: Use the top right color of the image from "Regal Homes"
WORDS and HOME 3D modeling: Use the "Regal Homes" Angle for 3D Modeling fonts
FONTS: Match the fonts selected in the "Grigoryans Mortgage" logo
Add lighting effects as desire to help it come alive
ADD to the existing Logo: --> Grape leaf's falling top left and right. 3 to 4 leaves falling, place on the Top Left side and manage the sizes large and small and meduim sizes --> COLOR: same GOLD as on logo and have lighting to create 3D
