We are starting a professional services company called "Paragon Software Advisors" (mergers and acquisitions, aka, M&A) based in the USA (with global reach). We will advise business owners who are trying to sell their software or high-tech business OR advise companies or entities that wish to purchase software or high-tech companies. Our target audience is business owners, executives, Private Equity groups and Boards of Directors, so this logo must be contemporary, tight, conservative and competent.

Our target audience is business owners, executives, Private Equity groups and Boards of Directors, so this logo must be contemporary, tight, conservative and competent.
Instructions：
We like the idea of using a Penrose Triangle (or Penrose Tribar) as the main icon, but we also welcome other concepts that have an icon that implies progress, success, growth and excellence (see the attached ppt with some design guidance). We THINK we want a SIMPLE logo, either black and white OR using deep blues/purples/grays, likely an icon and the company name.
