The name Red Rock Web Design comes from the geography of my general location, which is located in the Mojave Desert. For an idea of what this unique geography looks like, check out images of Snow Canyon State Park and Zion National Park. I want to get a sense of professionalism, but I also wouldn't mind if it had a hint of playfulness to it.

Loving the logos I'm seeing so far. I appreciate all of you for your efforts. It pains me knowing I can only pick one. Out of all the logos that have come in so far, I'm really liking the ones that include some sort of rock formation. Some are detailed, and some are not. I'm also looking for a logo with the right color. Whatever color(s) you choose, make sure it's not overly bright nor dull. Thanks again!

I can't comment on every logo, but I've given some ratings. If your logo doesn't have a rating, then it's not one I'm considering at the moment, but that may change.
If you've received a 2 or 3, it means I like the logo, but it's missing something. Feel free to comment and ask if you're wanting to make some adjustments. I'll do my best to respond with what I want changed.
If you've received a 4, it's a solid logo and is nearly perfect. Might only need a small tweak to become a 5 star.
If you've received a 5, it means the logo is exactly what I'm looking for and has a real chance at becoming a finalist.

I might be updating ratings as we have received many logos. If your rating goes down, it just means there is a lot more competition and I have to narrow it down.
A common thing I am seeing that I really like is having the "Web Design" text in cursive.
