I would like to make a logo that is familiar to the Bounty Towel logo. I have attached an image I would like to replicate. The word "TERPS" should replace the "Bounty" text from original logo. The word "Towel" should be where it is currently on image provided below. 

I have a logo I currently use for the brand "TERPS" please see attached  bellow. If it can be incorporated in its current form that would be great, if it looks better using the font from BOUNTY that is fine too. 

Please use all original colors.

Please include a "text only" version

Please include a black and white logo version.
