Instructions：

We want a clean cut professional logo. I wasn't able to choose anyting else from another industry category that we might have liked so, the inclusion of the Italian flag is also welcome as long as it doesn't have the cheesy "Spaghetti & Meatballs" feel to it). We have a special event coming up with a large crowd, so something that is legible when people are taking pictures of our staff so a nice font is very important. The words MONDO and ITALIANO should be on the same line to make sense of the name (and can be bigger than the word Istituto) The use of the silhouette of the map of Italy is fine too.
