This logo will be used for a recognition-based award focused on companies that are doing it the right way. These companies are being recognized for their strengths in a number of key areas - Being a Good Business Partner Supporting Employee Considerations - Work/Life Balance Mentoring/Giving Back Philanthropic High Ethics Values Diversity I like the idea of building "stairs" into either the E or the 8 to signify elevating their game/stepping up/moving to the next level, etc. Key Colors: Green - 5a8446 with some subtle Orange - ff6600
