We are a team of leaders who are in a program called NextGen at work. Our team name is Next Gen BALLERS 2022. We work in plastics but we want a logo that is fun, powerful, and demonstrates leadership. BAL is an acronym and we call ourself "Ballers". We like the look of someone with sunglasses.
