Stoney Pines is the name of the property.
It is going to be a very nice apartment complex, imagine a 5-star hotel experience similar to https://w-hotels.marriott.com/

The actual apartment itself, will be almost exactly like this: https://www.millercrossingapartments.com/ but newer, better and more luxurious.

I am open to new designs and different ideas but I am thinking=
-dark green background 
-mustard/ gold letter
-groovy type similar to Carawayhome and Hulahome (I think custom hand drawn font could be sooooo cool if someone wants to try this)
