I would like to integrate the uploaded sketch into the design.  The house contains the letters E M.  This is not a great drawing so feel free to fix up the house design but it must contain those letters.  The words "Custom Remodels" must also be contained in the logo somehow and I will leave the font type and location up to the designer.  I would like the color scheme to be a blue, grey/silver, and white.  I would also like to the logo to convey remodeling/construction so anything that could be added to get this point across would be welcomed (hammer, measuring tape, wrench).
