This is a carnival food trailer concept. Our audience will be hungry people looking for down south southern food at the county fair. This will need to have a hillbilly southern vibe as it's called HillBilly HotSpot. Our slogan sayin' is Hillbilly cookin' makes ya good lookin'. I need this to STAND OUT! We would like our own branded hillbilly mascot logo.
