My business is helping women, pre/post partum move their bodies in a safe and effective way. My goal is to empower women during the many physiological changes they experience at this time and help them to exercise safely to keep their mental health and restore some normality into their lives. It is NOT about weight loss or hitting PBs it’s about moving safely and working with their bodies, not against them.
